70cl / 57.60% - 7 year old rum from the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos Distillery in the Dominican Republic. This was independently bottled by the good folk at Berry Bros. & Rudd, who are perhaps better known for their whisky bottlings, but this goes to show, they certainly know a good rum when they see one too.
