70cl / 43.00% - An exciting addition to the range of Irish whiskey from Hyde. Single grain matured in a first-fill bourbon cask is combined with single malt which has been matured in Oloroso sherry casks for this No.8 edition. The two batches are then married in a stout cask for a six month finishing period. A gloriously Irish sipper with plenty of malty, coffee character.
