50cl / 13.00% - The Sbagliato is one of the most beloved aperitif cocktails in Italy, especially in Milan where it was invented. Its actually a Negroni gone wrong, created in the 1970s when a bartender at Bar Basso accidentally added sparkling wine instead of gin to a Negroni (Sbagliato means mistake). This bottled cocktail is made from sweet vermouth, a bitter aperitif liqueur and sparkling wine with just a hint of pink grapefruit essence. Serve over ice and a slice of pink grapefruit and be transported to Italia. Bellisimo.
