70cl / 51.00% - This Deanston single malt was independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper's Choice series. After distillation in 2009, it spent an initial maturation period in American oak, before it was transferred to a Port cask for finishing imparting a wonderfully rich ruby red hue. 252 bottles were drawn from this single cask in 2021.
