70cl / 40.00% - Charlie Parry's Bourbon is the first range of spirits released by father-and-son built business, Mallows Family Distillery. It's named after the duo's father and grandfather, and this particular expression was distilled and matured using traditional methods in the USA, before making a journey to Wales for its final stages of production. Welsh water is added, bringing the spirit down to 40% ABV to create this uniquely transatlantic whiskey.
