Dubbed Miramar, this expression evokes panoramic ocean views and dusk skies with a flavour profile imparted by featuring whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks as well as Port pipes. Whisky maker Dhavall Gandhi has produced an incredible expression here, with plenty of plum and stone fruit notes, balanced by touches of toasted malt and sea breeze. A release of 600 bottles.
