70cl / 49.00% - A French gin made with a malt beer base brewed by the Brasserie La Piautre in La Menitre. After fermentation the liquid is distilled and then macerated with juniper and botanicals, before being distilled a second time. Artisanal, unfiltered and without any additives, its great over ice or makes an excellent base for cocktails.
