Including an exquisite array of 14 botanicals such as yuzu peel, Japanese sansho pepper, gyokuro, sakura, and local Tottori speciality nashi pears, it's brimming with complexity. The gin is finished with spring water from nearby Mt. Daisen, and kept to a punchy 47% ABV, its an interesting sipper neat and will add great depth to G&Ts and cocktails.
