This expression, distilled on the south-west coast of Ireland, was matured in a combination of bourbon, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and Madeira wine casks. The result is a whiskey packing oodles of flavour, from rounded notes of vanilla-rich barley, to jammy red berries with a dusting of festive spices.
