Glen Garioch 32 Year Old 1988 - Family Reserve (Carn Mor) Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 42.30% - An exceptional single malt here, distilled in October 1988 at Glen Garioch and matured in a single bourbon barrel for a whopping 32 years. In August 2021, the whisky was bottled up to become the inaugural release of independent bottler Carn Mor's Family Reserve series appropriately named as this particular cask was hand-selected by Brian Morrison, whose family owned the distillery in the eighties. This personal connection ensures that this right here is a top-notch example of the whisky that Glen Garioch and the Morrison family were proudly producing at the time, when it was one of the forerunners in carrying out in-house malting and peating.
