Distilled back in May 2000, the whisky spent 20 years maturing in refill butts, before a final 12 months finishing off in a fresh sherry butt. In August 2021, the cask was opened to release a total outturn of 685 bottles, at cask strength of 59.2% ABV. Just look at the deep ruby hue on this whisky. Cor.
