70cl / 17.00% - From the Combier Distillery in France's Loire Valley comes this splendid Creme de Myrtille a traditional liqueur produced from blueberries. The berries are allowed to macerate in neutral alcohol for three to four months, before being gently pressed. The result is a richly juicy and flavourful tipple. Designed to be sipped as an aperitif, a splash of this in a glass of sparkling wine also works very well.
