This is the first batch of the 2010 vintage, which was aged in first-fill hogshead casks until 2021, then bottled up at cask strength. Impressive as ever from Benromach, it's a whisky packed full of rich fruit, runny caramel, soft smoke, and bold spice. An excellent after dinner dram.
