70cl / 58.90% - This cracking single malt was distilled at Knockandu in 2008 and filled into a bourbon barrel, where it remained for eight years. In September 2021, the cask was opened by indie bottler Alistair Walker, releasing an outturn of 210 bottles of this marvellous Speysider for the Infrequent Flyers series.
