Taking inspiration from a 17th Century Genever recipe, the gin is infused with a zesty balance of orange and cardamom, imparting a splendid depth of aromatic spice. Great stuff simply served neat in a chilled glass, but should also do rather nicely with ginger ale, we reckon.
