Bone Idyll Botanical Spiced Rum
70cl / 43.00% - A clever creation from Bone Idyll, built upon a blend of rums from Guyana, Barbados, and the Dominican Republic. After blending, the rum is redistilled with botanicals including scotch bonnet peppers, banana, and lime leaf imparting a superb balance of vibrant fruit, subtle spice, and tangy zest. Certainly interesting for sipping neat, and should do rather well served with more delicate mixers too.
