70cl / 55.80% - A 16 year old single malt from the Tomintoul Distillery, released as a single cask bottling. It was distilled in 2004, and was eventually drawn from a Sauternes wine cask in 2021, producing only 293 bottles. Always exciting to see whisky ages in Sauternes casks.
