While the name of this family-owned distillery can't be revealed, we can tell you it spent the whole 50 years in a refill butt, chosen so the whisky wouldn't become overly woody or tannic. The whisky makers obviously did a stellar job at its ABV has held to a remarkable 52.5%.Batch 5 is a release of 78 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
