70cl / 42.60% - Gin is grand, and so are casks, so it's always exciting when the two meet. This cask-aged gin was distilled in 2017, with a whole host of classic botanicals including the likes of coriander, angelica, orange, lemon, cinnamon, and liquorice. Next up, the gin was filled into a single ex-bourbon cask, where it remained for the following four years, under the watchful eyes of the gang right here at Master of Malt. In 2022, the time had come for the cask to be opened, and to release a total of 255 bottles for our Single Cask series.
