But the problem with that approach is that you may never taste some amazing flavours because you weren't brave to experiment. At Boutique-y Rum HQ, the choice was made to pop Caroni in a peaty whisky cask and see how these two big profiles would work. Do worlds collide in blissful harmony? Do they crash and burn?
