Bunnahabhain "Sultanas & Cigar Smoke" (cask 159) - The Cooper's Choice Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 50.50% - A delightfully descriptive bottle of Bunnahabhain, released by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper's Choice series. While Bunna is known for its unpeated Islay whisky, this one is actually a smoky affair as you could probably tell from the name. The heavily-peated single malt was initially matured in American oak before being treated to a finish in casks which previously held Marsala wine, then bottled at 50.5% ABV in a release of 294 bottles.
