Skara Brae 16 Year Old 2005 (cask 23) - The Cooper's Choice (The Vinta Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 51.50% - Another Skara Brae bottling from The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., produced at an undisclosed Orkney distillery back in 2005. Though that's all we know, seeing as there are only a handful of distilleries on Orkney, that information does help narrow it down a smidge. The single malt then rested in a single ex-bourbon cask for 16 years, before it was bottled up for The Cooper's Choice Series at 51.5% ABV, with an outturn of 372 bottles.
