70cl / 54.00% - Independently-bottled single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull (where Balamory was filmed, no less). First matured in American oak, it also saw a second maturation in an ex-Madeira wine cask, before it was bottled at nine years of age by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper's Choice series, with a release of 240 bottles at 54% ABV.
