Holy Island Gin
70cl / 44.00% - A splendid gin, produced on the tidal Holy Island in Northumbria, by the folks at Lindisfarne, which also happens to be another name for the island. A host of eleven botanicals including nutmeg, elderberries, rose petals, hibiscus, and orange peel make for a gently floral, zesty profile with a good helping of juniper at the core. Top stuff splashed in tonic, or bitter lemon.
