This time, the award-winning gin was put into toasted virgin oak casks to age until all of the smooth, vanilla goodness from the oak had perfectly mingled with the botanicals, which include milk thistle, bay leaves, and pink peppercorns. The folks at Glaswegin suggest this limited edition gin goes quite well with some spicy ginger ale and an extra touch of cinnamon. Delicious.
