70cl / 47.50% - This single malt from GlenAllachie spent eight years maturing in ex-Pedro Ximenez hogsheads between 2013 and 2022. After taking on plenty of that splendid sherry character, plus developing a glorious hue, the whisky was independently bottled up by Carn Mor, without added colour or chill filtration, for the Strictly Limited collection.
