70cl / 59.80% - An utter delight from the Dailuaine Distillery. This single malt was distilled in 1997, and spent the following 24 years slumbering in a single ex-bourbon barrel. In 2022, that barrel was opened up by indie bottler Carn Mor, releasing a total of just 93 cask strength bottles, without any colour or chill-filtration, for its Celebration of the Cask series.
