70cl / 56.70% - Superb single malt Scotch from Longmorn, distilled in 2011 and matured for 11 years. The whisky was finished in a duo of ex-sauternes wine and ex-oloroso sherry casks, imparting delicious layers of candied fruit to the delicious malt. Independently bottled in 2022 by The Whisky Cellar, with a release of 295 bottles.
