Starting its journey in 2005, it enjoyed a long-haul maturation for 16 years in a Pedro Ximenez puncheon, before landing in at Alistair Walker for the independent Infrequent Flyers range. Cruising at a high 62.3% ABV, this complex dram does well with a couple of drops of water to open things up. An outturn of 634 bottles.
