Rosebank 31 Year Old (bottled 2022) - Release Two Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 48.10% - To the devastation of its loyal Lowland whisky fans, the Rosebank distillery was sadly closed in 1993. Big news though after being acquired in 2017, the site is being rejuvenated and the Rosebank stills are expected to fire up again in 2023. For this release, the final remnants of whisky stock from before the closure have been bottled up, resulting in a superbly impressive, and rather rare single malt.
