Taittinger 2007 Comtes De Champagne Rose Champagne
75cl / 12.50% - Comtes de Champagne is the upmarket label, or prestige cuvee, from Taittinger, one of the Grand Marque houses. As such it uses only the finest grapes from the best vineyards in Champagne. This 2007 Rose is made up of 70% pinot noir (of which 15% of that is red wine) and 30% chardonnay. Delightful now, this is only going to get better over the next 10-15 years, if you have the patience.
