In the last 40 years this part of America has been found to be one of the best places in the world to grow Pinot Noir - so it's a good fit. This bottling comes from the Resonance vineyard. It's rare to see a mature bottle for sale. We think it would be splendid with game dishes like roast grouse or pheasant especially if there's some sort of fruity sauce involved.
