Distilled in 2001, the whisky spend its entire 17-year maturation hanging out in an ex-oloroso sherry butt... We're kinda jealous, why don't they make sherry butts for humans to grow old in? Disgorged in 2018, a total of 119 bottles have been released as part of our Single Cask range.
