70cl / 49.60% - Another colossal single grain Scotch joins the collection of Master of Malt exclusive bottlings. Hailing from the Strathclyde distillery, this one spent three and a half decades maturing between 1987 and 2022, when a total of 242 bottles were drawn from the single barrel in which it dwelled. The majority of grain produced at Strathclyde goes into a whole host of well-known blends like Ballantine's. The distillery doesn't release any of its own official bottlings, but now and then, indie bottlers like us have the luck of getting their hands on a cask.
