Moon Harbour distillery is based in Bordeaux, so you can expect the region's great wine making history to work its way into the whisky, with this one maturing in sauternes casks before finishing in barrels from Bordeaux big hitters Chateau Cantenac-Brown winery. The whisky is bottled without added colour or chill filtration.
