Founded in 1790, Balblair is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries, tucked away in the rugged, mountainous landscape of the northern Highlands. Today, only a small amount of the distillery's output is released as single malt, but thankfully, indie bottlers like yours truly are still able to get their hands on impressive expressions like this.
