70cl / 57.20% - This cask strength single malt was distilled at Benrinnes in 2007. It matured for 15 years, including a two year finishing period in a fresh PX sherry barrel. The Speyside whisky was bottled in 2022, by indie bottler Wilson & Morgan to celebrate its 30th anniversary. With an outturn of only 283 bottles, this whisky boasts a complex herbal character, alongside some fruity, sherry notes.
