Speyside 21 Year Old 2000 - Cask Noir (Brave New Spirits) Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 54.20% - The Cask Noir series from indie bottlers Brave New Spirits is inspired by the movies. This particular release has been titled 'The Legendary Harvey Brothers' and was distilled at The Speyside Distillery in 2000. This single cask single malt matured in a bourbon barrel for 21 years before being bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration or added colour. Only 258 bottles were produced of this one and you can expect notes of brown sugar and acai blossoms.
