This heavily peated single malt hails from the Highland whisky region, unlike its Islay cousins, but still has all the smoky fire of other Seaweed bottlings. With a portion of the whisky matured in oloroso sherry casks, there are hearty layers of toffee and stone fruits too. This one boasts a particularly meaty, malty profile that works a treat with the robust, coastal smoke.
