3cl / 38.00% - From the very same people in Cornwall behind the Tarquin's Gin range comes Twin Fin Spiced Golden Rum. This expression brings together pot-still rum from Jamaica and column-still rum from the Dominican Republic, which is combined with a spice mixture including vanilla and orange that's distilled in a flame-fired copper-pot still. To this, a touch of Pedro Ximenez sherry is added, and it's then allowed to rest over oak chips.
