Named Iris, whisky maker Dhavall Gandhi was inspired by a town in the western Himalayas, Gulmarg, which translates as 'meadow of flowers'. No surprise then that this is a particularly floral and tropical fruit-forward affair, with all those flavours amped up at a generous bottling strength of 56% ABV.
