Chateau dEsclans Garrus Cotes de Provence Rose 2021 Rose Wine
75cl / 14.50% - Super super fancy rose alert. This comes from Chateau d'Esclans, the company behind the massive Whispering Angel brand. Which is very tasty but Garrus is in a different league. This is made from 80-year-old grenache vines from a single vineyard in Provence. It's aged in French oak barrels to produce a richly-flavoured rose which would make a great alternative to fancy white Burgundy with shellfish or Dover Sole.
