70cl / 46.80% - Rock Island Rum Cask Edition is a blended Scotch whisky made up of Island single cask single malts that were married and then finished exclusively in Plantation Rum casks hailing from the Caribbean islands of Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad. From the fine folks at Douglas Laing, this whisky brings together flavours from the peat-smoked shores of Scotland to the warm climes of the Caribbean in order to stay true to Rock Islands maritime heritage. Rock Island Rum Cask Edition was bottled at 46.8% ABV without colouring or chill-filtration.
