Allegrini Corte Giara Amarone Della Valpolicella 2018 Red Wine
75cl / 15.00% - Northern Italian wine producers, Allegrini, makes some of the best Amarone della Valpolicella in the region. This famous wine is made from dried grapes, usally corvina, oseleta, and rondinella, which are then fermented to produce a hugely rich dry wine. Corte Giara is a more accessible take on this style so it's more fun to drink young than other wines in the region. It's particularly good drunk with aged hard cheeses like pecorino or manchego.
