75cl / 12.50% - Stunning Blanc de Noirs Champagne from Bollinger, PN AYC18 is produced from 100% pinot noir. Built upon a core predominantly from the 2018 harvest in the Ay Grand Cru, blended with grapes from other villages in the Montage de Reims, including Tauxieres and Verzenay, alongside older wines from the Bollinger reserves, the Champagne is generously cellar-aged before release. A superb accompaniment for a French meat and cheese board.
