Kilchoman 16 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 50.00% - A very proud moment for Kilchoman and a very exciting one for all of us: its oldest global bottling to date. A combo of 21 casks of whisky peated to 50ppm was vatted and combined for this release, predominantly bourbon barrels as well as some oloroso sherry, in keeping with the house style we've come to expect from Islay's farm distillery. A total of 5000 bottles were filled at 50% ABV, and Kilchoman 16 Year Old is presented with its natural colour and no chill-filtration.
