Ledaig Triple Wood - Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 53.80% - As you probably surmised from the name, to create this limited edition Ledaig master blender Julieann Fernandez selected three caks types for maturation: bourbon rioja, and tawny Port. She married these three components together and bottled the whole thing at 53.8% ABV.The whisky marks a further step in the collaboration with Scottish wildlife cameraman, filmmaker and presenter Gordon Buchanan, who is a Mull native, and Mull and Iona Community Trust. His photography was the basis for the whisky's label. A donation from the production of Ledaig Triple Wood will go towards the Mull and Iona Community Trust to support the island's biodiversity and enhance the local community.
