50cl / 55.60% - This 12-year-old single malt from Mannochmore was treated to a finish in a custom-made Palo Cortado sherry octave before it was bottled up by Darkness. Octave casks are nice and small, meaning the spirit within has plenty of chance to interact with the oak, and there are generous notes of sweet citrus, buttery caramel, and herbaceous malt to enjoy here.
