50cl / 54.20% - Hailing from Italian whisky maker Puni, this four-year-old blended malt enjoyed a finish in a tiny custom-made Pedro Ximenez octave cask before it was bottled by Darkness. Thanks to their small size, octave casks enable greater interaction between spirit and wood and this one has offered up plenty of notes of leathery oak, tobacco, coffee, and plummy fruit.
