70cl / 55.80% - We bagged a single cask of whisky from the Dalmunach distillery. Dalmunach was founded on the site of the old Imperial distillery in 2015 and this single malt was distilled the following year. The whisky spent seven years maturing in a single refill barrel between 2016 and 2023, so this is a superb opportunity to explore how the young distillery's spirit is beginning to develop with age (it's developing most excellently, in case you want our opinion).
